Final report Estonia, causes for cover up

I have as a private investigator collected some parts of the Estonia accident. Referring to the office clerks at Swedish authorities and their collegues in various countries I would like to support you with the following information. Any or all of the following can be of interest.
1. Finnish engineers OK to weld to old steel in superstructure when installing stabilizer fins, all made due to lack of time to fullfill economical agreements from the seller to buyer. The vessel( ex. Sally) had recently been sold to the Estonian operator.
2. The Naantali (Turku Repair Yard) shipyard neglection to report a fire during the above mentioned work. Damages to the superstructure due to high temperature? The shipyard had a previous bad record from the “Erika” accident dec 1999. A big future contract was to be signed for AKER, Norway on cruise ships.
3. The Aker contract had a heavy competitor in German dock yards. The visor construction were made at ship yard in Hamburg, see point 8.
4. Had Bureau Veritas approved the work, reports, test documents? Name of inspector?
5. The stabilizer fins were working until 30 minutes before the sinking, starboard side fin was reported to have problems. The fins were taken in. Massive underwater flow reported.
6. The radar plot from Utö disappeared. When underwater flow was reported the captain made the decision to get to the nearest coast, should have been Sandhamn?
7. The sauna and pool on deck 0 had been reported to leak before, can have caused corrosion on superstructure, as well as the sewage tanks just beside. This scenario means that several compartments were flown, in spite of a watertight system.
8. The ferries “Jan Hewelius” and “Diana 2” were reported to have problems with visor bolts in January 1994, no evidence of construction failure. Sabotage? The Swedish government was under heavy pressure due to investigations regarding the Palme murder 1986, which was initiated by Swedish right wing activists together with CIA. They urgently needed some big issue to get focus from the police track of the murder.
9. Radio programs with the truth were transmitted 1994 on a German local radio station Westdeutscher Rundfunk by the journalist Klaus-Dieter Knapp which was quite close to the truth and critical to the cover up of the murder.
10. Diving investigation and state cover up done by the Swedish Navy, Swedish military intelligence (MUST) together with Rockwater A/S, a wholly owned Halliburton company. (one of Pentagon´s largest suppliers). Rockwater A/S had no previous experience in casualty investigations.
